The Only Birthday Cake I Need!

Today I turn 30 years young and I thought I’d share with you one of my typical daily breakfasts. If you do your best to incorporate more fresh smoothies or juices into your daily diet, you will reap the rewards of increased immunity, health, strength, and longevity into your life. Drinking smoothies (like this) daily helped me lose 95 pounds.

1 banana
4-5 strawberries
1 tablespoon blueberries
raspberries
1 orange
1 mango
1 long sliver of pineapple
juice of half a lemon
juice of half a lime
1 hand full of grapes
1 plum
5 teaspoons brown sugar

Pour in enough filtered water to just cover the surface of all the fruit in the blender.
